Prices
At Hair Souk, all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.
Payment
Hair Souk accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.
Delivery
We usually ship your order within 2 business days. If you order on weekends and holidays, the item will be shipped the first business day. If you order on weekdays before 12:00, the item will be shipped the same day. Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 49 DKK. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your goods will be shipped with DAO or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be shipped 1-2 business days after ordering.
Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The terms will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these items.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Hair Souk will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
Refund
If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from that day;
Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation.
The notification must be given by email to info@hairsouk.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
Return
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged.
You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The process will be faster if you also complete and enclose our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them on in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must try the product without actually using it.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
